The 2026 Meta is a two piece composite BBCOR bat at drop 3, certified in lengths 31 to 34 inches.

It is a different bat from the 2020 Meta, whose 33 inch length was decertified in 2020. Check the model number: BBMTB3-26 is the 2026 model.

As a composite it needs a break in period and should stay out of cold games, because cold can crack composite barrels. BBCOR caps performance for every bat, so choose on fit and feel.

The Bottom Line

A two piece composite BBCOR bat, legal from USSSA 14U through college as of September 2026.
